Once There Was a Bank on the River Bank

Once there was a bank built on the riverbank. That bank was very clumsy, but lots of people used it because the bank counted wrong and gave them too much money. One day there was a storm that damaged the bank by putting a crack and letting the money fall out. From then on, nobody went to the bank again.
Five hundred years later, a man named Jim was walking by the river and he wondered where the bank went. He thought the bank was probably buried and so he got his shovel and started digging. It was hard digging in the gooey mud. In fact it was so gooey that Jim got stuck in the mud and for some reason he was getting pulled down in the mud.
Under there was the bank. Another man named Jack had pulled him down. Jack said that he had been down there for a long, long time and explained that in the storm some robbers took the money and the bank had been covered with mud and there was no way out. Jim asked Jack where he kept the money. Jack said he kept it behind a rotating bookshelf and Jim went to see it. Jim looked behind the rotating bookshelf and saw a little door leading outside made by the lightning during the storm. Jim said that’s why robbers could take the money.
Jack asked "Why?"
Jim answered "Because there’s a little door the robber opened to get the money".
Jim asked how they could get out.
Jack said "Simple, you’ve got a phone and you can call the police."
"Yea," said Jim. He took out his phone and tried to call the police but his phone didn’t work. He told Jack that his phone didn’t work because of the mud.
Jack cried, "We’re in big trouble, there is no way to get out!"
"Wait!" said Jim. "I know how to get out. Remember the crack you pulled me down there with my shovel. We can go to the crack and dig up until we get to the top. So they went to the crack and dug a hole and went in it. There they dug up until they got to the top.
Then they both ran to the mayor and told him what really happened. First the mayor said to Jack, "Who are you?" Jack answered, "I used to own the bank." Then the mayor said we’re going to renew the bank. Everyone pitched in and in no time at all, the bank was back in shape and still a little clumsy.

The End.
